Fantastic place to stay!

The host was welcoming and our stay was great, had some issues with shower upstairs not working, A bed had sheets with sand in them as well before we had spent night. Other than that we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the location being so close to beach.

Weekend stay

Short walk to the beach but you do have to cross over a street. Place was clean with plenty of sleeping space. Host was very easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. Great place!

Everything you need!

Plenty of dishes and items in the kitchen for large families! Host also left us some wine and coffee as a welcome gift. Very family friendly with lots of toys in the bunk room for kids. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again! Thank you Britney!

Birthday weekend

Brittney had great communication. House was exactly as described, very colorful and welcoming. House is fully stocked with utensils and appliances. Brittney even had coffee available for the Keurig! One less this that we had to worry about. Plenty of room for my family. Pool was a short walk. Upstairs balcony was very relaxing with a view of the beach.

Conveniently Located

This was a wonderful experience! It was our first time renting through VRBO so we were a little nervous. Britney, the property manager, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was very kind and helpful. The place itself was very clean and had everything we needed. It comfortably fit our large party of 13, all above the age of 14. The pool was also a good size and the kids had a great time lounging about while the adults grilled burgers. We absolutely loved the location! We were in walking distance from the beach, half a block from the beach access with our car, a grocery store is on the corner and even a pizza place. We definitely recommend!

Great location from the beach and TAMU-CC. We came for college orientation, but couldn't resist the pull of the beach. This property was perfect for our family and pups. The beach is a quick walk and can be accessed via a sidewalk or the large main parking lot about a block from the property. The home was comfortable for our family and it was set up to easily clean up after our dogs with a grass patch in the back and a hose. The hose in the front was locked and we were unable to access using the code provided, but the one in the back worked fine. The doors had some issues shutting, but it was so humid, I'm assuming that was normal for the region; just needed a shove. There are several bars and restaurants nearby and places to rent golf carts for a drive on the beach. We cooked easily at the home and it had everything we needed to make meals for our families. It was a perfect beach home-away-from-home.
