Great property with beautiful Intracoastal views with it right in your backyard. 2 blocks from a beautiful almost private white sand beach. 1 block from great restaurants shopping and nightlife for adult time. Will definitely come back!

We couldn’t have chosen a better location for our sisters getaway! We loved the balconies, clean rooms, covered parking, closeness to shops and the beach. Having the beautiful water views and the pier was such a great experience. Seeing the dolphin swimming was such a treat! Thank you Michael and Kristin for being wonderful hosts and providing all the beach necessities and the bikes. This was a great place to stay with everything you could need for a beach vacation. We had 10 people and thw space was more than enough with plenty of separation when needed. Great views, friendly host with excellent communication throughout process to answe basic questions. We had zero issues here and will come back to stay with them.

Great location!

We had a great time in Clearwater! Loved the proximity to the water for fishing and how close it was to just about everything. Plenty of room for the six of us and had all the amenities we needed. All the outdoor spaces were an added benefit!
