New listing and availability just opened for this brand newly remodeled, stunning studio condo!

Our condo is perfect for a honeymoon stay or romantic getaway with a gorgeous garden view and air conditioning! The condo features a king bed, small dining table and chairs with additional seating and table on the lanai. The bathroom divided between the sink and the toilet/shower area. The kitchen features a refrigerator, cook top, stove, sink and many useful small kitchen appliances, like a coffee maker, so you can prepare your own meals if you wish.

The condo grounds features a lovely onsite pool, BBQ area and gorgeous gardens with a koi pond.

The location of the condo is perfect for morning walks to Lawai Beach, Baby Beach or The Spouting Horn. Just a couple minute drive or a 10 minute walk and you will be at the Kukui'ula Village Shopping Center with boutiques, restaurants, and art galleries, plus a Wednesday's Farmers Market. A drug store and small supermarket are also nearby.

Another fun spot near the condo is Old Koloa Town, which is just a short 5 minute drive. Quaint, old plantation buildings have been carefully renovated and restored and are now home to unique shops and restaurants.

If golf is more your idea of fun, there are two golf courses very close by. Choose between the Kiahuna Golf Club and the Poipu Bay Golf Course.

Room is very clean, and has a good amount of pantry staples and beach gear. Location is very close to beaches and restaurants. Everything looks just like the pictures, recently updated and in great shape. Lots of parking (the covered spots are super close to this room), and the building and grounds are very well maintained. 10/10, I’d definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay here and appreciate the great communication with the host. The place is updated so nicely and is furnished with all the necessities to cook with. I love how the slider window opens to the balcony which faces the beautiful foliage. It feels very private being on the second floor.

I loved this place! It is set up in a beautiful and functional way. The location was great. The instructions were easy to follow for checking in and out. This unit may be nicer than others in the complex. I did not visit the pool while I stayed.

The place was very clean, with a comfy bed and in a lovely garden setting. We would have given a higher rating except for some lacking amenities expected for higher ratings. While it’s not a problem to use the general site laundry facilities, there was no detergent or fabric softener in the unit or facility dispensers (as noted in the unit book) - we purchased pods and dryer sheets and left in the room. Only 3 bathroom towels were provided (they didn’t dry well), which is not enough for 2 people who are active on vacation. Coffee pot in pictures is a 12-14 cup coffee maker and the unit only had a 5 cup coffee maker with 12 cup filters. Kauai is amazing and overall this is a clean and comfortable unit.

We loved our stay at the Prince Kuhio condo. This unit is newly remodeled and is beautiful inside. The a/c works great and the bed was very comfortable. The location is great (walking distance from The Shops at Kukui'ula), convenient to many great restaurants (we recommend the Eating House and Lapperts Ice Cream), Poipu Beach (down the road) and Lawai Beach (also walking distance). We also enjoyed the nice pool.
