"Nice cottage close to a very good beach and neighbor to the cottage settlement Øer Maritime Ferieby. Vacation resort with shopping facilities. Watch the boats come through the lock into the "Venice of the North". A friendly well furnished house, situated on a quiet nature plot. Open kitchen-living room with exit to the terrace, four bedrooms, two bathrooms, whirlpool and sauna. Good opportunities for relaxation and walks for the whole family. Dejligt sommerhus i rigtig gode omgivelser. Første dag vi var der var der regn og det regnede rigtig meget ind ved skorstensrøret på brændeovn så vi måtte lægge klude og tørre hele tiden. Til gengæld havde vi dejligt solskinsvejr resten af ugen, hvor der kom vel rigeligt sol ind i huset pga store ovenlysvinduer, men desværre ingen persienne eller lign til at trække for.Huset trænger til en god gang hovedrengøring.

Das Haus ist von der Substanz und Lage super,aber leider war die Reinigung nicht wie wir es gewohnt sind. Die Einrichtung könnte bei nächster Gelegenheit ausgetauscht werden,also zum Beispiel das Sofa und die Betten. Die Rollos müssten ausgetauscht werden,da einige beschädigt waren.Aber im großen und ganzen hat uns das Haus mit der Lage sehr gut gefallen und würden es wieder buchen
