We are thrilled to offer our home on beautiful Keuka Lake!
The main floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen Including all brand new stainless steel appliances, Keurig for your morning coffee and plenty of space to prepare meals. The main bedroom has a cozy costal decor with two large closets, a dresser and a queen bed to relax and unwind. Down the hall is a full bathroom with shower and vanity with space to keep all or your essentials during your stay. The living space on the main floor has a tv room and living/room and dining room combo with spectacular views of the lake. You can enjoy a glass of wine or meals on one of the two decks.

The upstairs floor can be your own private oasis with a separate bedroom (full-sized bed), tv nook with futon and a half bath all with brand new white cottage decor with nautical touches.

The cottage has a bonus bedroom on the bottom floor with two twin beds and has walkout access to the lake. It also includes full sized laundry (washer and dryer) for your convenience.

The best thing about the cottage are the spectacular views of the lake. No matter where you are, lounging with a glass of wine on one of decks, relaxing in the living room after a long day on the water or standing by the water’s edge you can’t get enough of beautiful Keuka Lake.

The possibilities are endless with 40 feet of lake frontage with plenty of space hang on the beach, take a dip in the lake, take the paddle board or kayak out for a spin, fish from the dock or relax by the fire pit and make s’mores.

The cottage also includes a large yard across the street where kids can play games or ride a bike or scooter on the side street away from the main road. Adults join in the fun or just sit back and relax in the gazebo.

Great location with just a 5min drive to town for groceries, shopping, restaurants, breweries and wineries. Seneca Farms is just a quick walk down the street for dinner or ice cream!
