My favorite part about this little spot is the short walk to the river. I have spend endless hours near the water enjoying fishing and Eagle watching. Cant wait to have you come stay.

Location is perfect! Absolutely close to everything, Ball state university, the hospital, downtown, the White river. Sits back off the road on a quiet street under a 100 year old Oak tree.

What makes this property unique

Everything you need in one small space, full kitchen, laundry area, private bathroom. Beautiful quiet front porch area. Queen size bed with storage and large driveway for accommodation of a boat or trailer.
