Hi my name is Mari I am a stay at home mom that has currently taken on this short term rental. I have really enjoyed being creative with the remodel of this home. My favorite part about this little spot is the short walk to the river. I have spend endless hours near the water enjoying fishing and Eagle watching. Cant wait to have you come stay.

Location is perfect! Absolutely close to everything, Ball state university, the hospital, downtown, the White river. Sits back off the road on a quiet street under a 100 year old Oak tree.
