Very nice!

We were visiting for a school competition at Ball State. It was very affordable and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean! It’s 13 minutes from Ball State according to GPS.

Kitchen had no toaster. Kitchen sink was very dirty. Coffee pot was very dirty, still had water in it from??? We had to wash it thoroughly before using. Overall the house had a strange smell to it, do t know if it was from cleaning products or what. Bathroom sink was dirty, soap dispenser was dirty and the shower was discussing! Sheets in one bedroom had something g white on them in two places. Would not stay here again; needs a good cleaning.

We are sorry you were unsatisfied with your stay. We do have a toaster it was located in the cabinet above the stove! We are sorry the febreeze plug ins bothered you, that’s simply stains from the fragrance being released. Our home is clean and we take pride in that and 99% of the reviews on here say the exact same thing! Some just can’t be pleased 😊

This house is easy to locate, and great access to the highway. Neighborhood very quiet and clean. Beds were comfortable, amenities were plentiful and clean. Will definitely stay here again when in Muncie. My friend has stayed at a hotel for the last six years and has not found one he would stay at again. Cardinal Cottage for the win!
