Single-storey house of 100m2 on a plot of 1000m2 with 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people, 1 shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dryer, 1 living room and an adjoining veranda that doubles as a dining room. The house is entirely fenced in and surrounded by olive trees. There is a hardstand outside for relaxing in the shade; the garden and pool are lit at dusk. Quiet house at the bottom of the St Jacques de Cavaillon hill; ideally located for touring the Vaucluse and Bouches du Rhône regions, 10 minutes from L'Isle sur la Sorgue. Barbecue, ping-pong table, basket of sneakers, electronic darts.
