About this property

Our cabins are 1 Bedroom and 1 Bath efficiency cabins with an upstairs loft with 2 double beds and downstairs a mini kitchen and a small pull out couch with a bathroom. Sleeps 5 people total. Outside of cabin has a fire pit and picnic area with grill a Little porch that sits out by the creek. The creek is so peaceful and the stars at night are Amazing!
We have 2 of these cabins next to each other for rent for family trips if needed.
We now have Wifi …

No washer or dryer but cabin is supplied with towels, linens and fresh sheets , blanket and pillows . Feel free to message me with any questions .

We recommend grabbing some firewood in town if you plan on having a fire at the fire pit.

We have taken extra measures to sanitize and use all disinfectant cleaning materials for our cabins so when you arrive it is clean and ready for your stay.

Review

Leak in bathroom under sink. Thank goodness there were multiple towels to keep it confined for the most part. It would soak a bathtowel in a day. Blind fell and I was unable to get it reinstalled. Spring broken on sofa bed.

SO FUN AND CUTE

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay. Very cozy. AC and heat works great. Cabin was well kept, clean, and roomy. There are 2 beds upstairs, the cabin could easily fit 4. The stream next to the cabin is very peaceful. Directions are easy to follow towards the place but get ready for some crazy windy roads!!! We were celebrating my wife’s 24th birthday and the host left us an incredible happy birthday message with streamers, beads, and snacks! Incredible stay. Will be back 💜

Nice getaway

Very cute and cozy. We only stayed for 3 nights but could have easily elongated our stay. Wifi is available, but not for video calls so keep that in mind. The three cabins are very very close to one another. We got lucky and we’re able to only have neighbors for one night who albeit we’re quiet. But if you’re looking for complete privacy I would check to see if the other cabins are being used. It would be a great spot for a family or friends trip to rent out the other cabins!

Beaver Dam Rental Cabin #1

My husband and I stayed in Cabin #1 for just under 7 days. It was perfect!! The cabin was extremely clean and cozy. The beds were very comfortable. We were pleased and would recommend Beaver Dam rentals to friends and family!!

Cozy Cabin

This cabin was perfect for our stay. The relaxing creek behind the cabin, with rocking chairs on the porch, is so lovely. Definitely what we expected.

We have been Married 40 years and have 4 children and 8 grandchildren . We reside in Pinellas Park, Fl. We have always enjoyed visiting the mountains every year. We purchased Beaver Dam Cabins to have a relaxing getaway with our children and grandkids for years to come. Memories are made in the mountains . Our cabins are super adorable and very cozy. We enjoy the quiet moments relaxing with our family and hope you do as well.
