The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the mountains and the sunny location. For shared use, the following are available: sunbathing lawn, parasol, children's playground, swing, sandbox, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and campfire site. Common room with kitchen for 20 people, TV, and Wi-Fi. Rental of sports equipment. Climbing wall. Private parking space. Garage for storing bicycles.

Mariánská, 841 m above sea level. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Chata XL has 3 apartments (A, B, and C), a common room with kitchen, amenities, and its own parking space. The holiday home is suitable for athletes, active customers, and families with children. This mountain cottage is located in the middle of a small recreational village, 4 km south of Jáchymov. Access is via a side road (paved, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) in a carport and on the property and the road in front of the house.
