Schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung hat eine gut ausgestattete Küche und ein großzügiges Badezimmer. Das Wohnzimmer mit Ofen ist sehr gemütlich. Zudem gab es einen extra Essplatz. Die Betten waren etwas hart und die Parksituation ein bissl eng, aber machbar. Die Fahrt bis zum Lift in Oberwiesenthal dauerte ca. 30 min. Supermarkt und Tankstelle sind schnell zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Nichts für Leute mit Anziehsachen

Die Wohnung hat unglaublich großes Bad und Küche. Auch ein großer Tisch mit genügend Stühlen steht bereit. Wir waren 3 Erwachsene und 3 Teenager (13-16 J.). Im Schlafzimmer stand lediglich ein Bett und ein Stuhl. Wer nicht die Tasche auf dem Boden auspacken mag, hat Pech gehabt. Für eine Woche Urlaub blöd. Im Zimmer mit Hochbett steht ein Schreibtisch mit Stuhl - wozu kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Auch hier hätten die Jungs lieber ein Regal wo sie sich was auspacken können. Oben auf dem Hochbett konnte nur der Kleine schlafen. Sehr, sehr eng. Das Zimmer unten, Kinderzimmer mit vielen Spielzeugen und vielen Büchern hatte mein Vater bezogen. Er hatte großen Schrank. Unglücklich eingerichtet, denn wir wollten nicht bei ihm die Sachen unterbringen. Im Wohnzimmer funktionierte das Licht nicht und das LED Lichtstreifen ging auch nicht. Auf mein Anruf hat keiner reagiert. Wir mussten abends im Esszimmer sitzen, denn für gemeinsame Spiele war das licht im Wohnzimmer nicht ausreichend. Wirklich schade! Die Einrichtung war gut, aber sehr alt und abgelebt. Entspricht gar nicht den Bildern im Internet (vielleicht vor 15 Jahren). Die Umgebung war großartig, wir hatten viel entdeckt und sind viel gewandert.

Urlaub in der FeWo "Rohkostlinge"

Die Ferienwohnung war vom Aufbau, der Größe und der Ausstattung super. Allerdings ist das gesamte Objekt sehr hellhörig was den super Eindruck etwas abgemildert hat. Ohne die Unterstützung des Kamins wird es allerdings nicht sehr warm in der FeWo, auch wenn alle Türen geschlossen sind. Dadurch das man auch alle Türen schließen muss, ist es im Bad und den beiden oberen Zimmern auch sehr feucht. Ich befürchte das dies auf Dauer nicht gut gehen wird. Ansonsten waren wir mit der Lage, den Räumlichkeiten und Parkmöglichkeiten sowie der Anreise sehr zu frieden. Mit freundlichen Grüßen Marcus Funk

Bis auf die Betten (Schlafsofa) völlig in Ordnung. Richtige Betten und dann ist es eine tolle Unterkunft.

Wohlfühl-Ferienwohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt: alles sehr neu, sehr ruhige Lage in einem gepflegten Wohnviertel, Gartenmitbenutzung (wir durften uns sogar Obst von den Bäumen nehmen), tolles Badezimmer mit großer Eckbadewanne, sehr gemütlich eingerichtet, toll eingerichtete und große Küche, sehr kindgerecht (es gab sogar etwas Spielzeug dort).... Von der Fewo kommt man schnell ins Erzgebirge: Fichtelberg, Annaberg-Buchholz, Greifensteine, Schwarzenberg, aber auch kleinere Orte wie Bärenstein, Scheibenberg. Edeka und Bäcker vor Ort. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen.
