The holiday apartment BRA SPR 001 (2 persons) is located in the same house. The holiday apartment is situated on a well-maintained, park-like property with a pond. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking is available on the street in front of the house. The parking options in front of the property are public "parking bays", which provide parking opportunities.

In addition to cycling, inline skating is a pleasure for you on the approximately 10 km long asphalted circular path around the lake. Tropical Islands 54 km; Cottbus 23 km. In summer: Gräbendorfer bathing lake 300 m in Gräbendorfer See natural swimming area (beach 300 m in Gräbendorfer See natural swimming area with meadow and sand). Swimming spots are available, among others, in the shore areas in Laasow. The swimming beaches are unsupervised. Boat tours with a kayak or a Canadian canoe in the Spreewald are possible, e.g., in Lübbenau, about 23 km away.
