Marble Canyon 4 bedroom townhome: Unit 403P1 *pet friendly

Enter into this clean and modern townhome where the master bedroom suite is situated on the main level for easy access. This bedroom has a queen bed, and a jack and jill ensuite bathroom with a shower over the tub.

The main level offers an open concept fully equipped kitchen and living area with vaulted ceilings and fireplace. A large dining table comfortably seats 6 people plus there's a breakfast bar with 4 stools. The living area has an electric fireplace with seating area. Patio doors lead onto a large private deck with patio furniture, a gas BBQ and lovely golf course views.

The upper level has 2 large bedrooms and a large loft area overlooking the living room. Each bedroom has a double bed. There is a second full bathroom with a shower over the tub.

The lower level is a bright and spacious recreation area with TV, DVD player, hide-a-bed and futon.. Patio doors lead onto the west facing covered patio. There's a forth private sleeping area with 2 twin beds, a full bathroom with a shower over tub and a laundry room are also located on this level.

*Furry friends are welcome at this property (pet fee applies of $25/nt- Max 1 pets) - they will love the amazing trails and the Fairmont Creek located right by the property parking lot - the Spirit Trail at Columbia Lake Provincial Park or the Wilder Park by the Columbia River are both with 5-10 minutes and favourites of ours.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Master bath shower was very small, AC was limited in capacity, and dryer may have a lint blockage in the exhaust. Hideabed in basement may need to have the mattress replaced, springs stuck in back. But, all things considered, the management was very prompt to respond to texts and we look forward to coming back again!
