Location, Location, Location! We are minutes away from all the major attractions Lancaster County has to offer: Outlet shopping, 2 miles from Dutch Wonderland, tons of authentic restaurants, Sight and Sound, and American Music Theater! When it's time to relax, our renovated home makes it easy to unwind with a large family room, outdoor playset, firepit, and spacious deck. Come enjoy our family friendly home away from home!
This clean craftsman style home offers 4 private bedrooms ( All on the second floor) 2 full baths( 1 second floor, 1 main floor) fully loaded kitchen and dining room. comfortable living room and large family room equipped with a kid friendly play area! We want to make your vacation as easy and relaxing as possibly by providing high speed internet, 2 TVs, a charcoal grill (upon request), large deck with plenty of outdoor seating and backyard fire pit. PLEASE NOTE there is absolutely NO SMOKING or VAPING of any kind on the property. There is also NO Fireworks of any kind allowed on the property.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please check all belongings and make sure you leave all linen and towels at the house. Leave all used towels on bathroom floor. Strip all used bedsheets off bed and leave on bedroom floor.
Clean up all toys and books.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful to our property and our neighbors. Outdoor quiet hours by 9:30pm.

We had a wonderful stay here! We have stayed at many vacation rentals, and this was by far, one of the best. The owners have really thought of everything, and the home was immaculately clean. The location can't be beat for anyone visiting Dutch Wonderland, and it's a quick drive to just about everywhere else you might want to visit. My young kids appreciated the toys and basement space, too.

Stay was good. There were some initial problems getting into the house, but that was cleared up. Everything in the house was good. The deck and the front porch needed to be cleaned off. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at this lovely house! As a family of 4, the crib, playroom, toys, and books were so clutch. Very clean, easy checkin, great kitchen- really no complaints!

Awesome Place

We stayed there for the weekend and it was an amazing experience. Everything was clean and the house had all we needed. Great place for kids with a playroom full of toys, books and a smart tv. We loved it and highly recommend it!

The home is a well taken care of classic. Good space to let kids play and make noise in the finished basement. Minutes from Dutch Wonderland, 15-20 minutes to downtown restaurants and great communication from the property manager.

We had a really nice stay. The location was perfect and super close to attractions like Dutch Wonderland and downtown Lancaster with a short drive. It’s an older home with a lot of character, but was very clean and the newly renovated basement with the toys was a hit with the kids. It is off a main road which may not bother others, and ultimately wasn’t a big problem with the kids sound machine I brought, my kids are just light sleepers so it may not bother others. Overall, I would definitely reccomend others to stay here. Kitchen- great. Family areas- great. Location- top notch!

Great Family Home

We loved this home. It was warm and welcoming, very clean, and had more than everything we needed for our stay. The kids especially loved the basement. It was an awesome space to hang out! The communication was excellent and we would love to come back to stay again!

Cozy Craftsman

We opted for this charming Craftsman-style home instead of a hotel — and we’re so glad we did! The house was spotless, beautifully furnished, and incredibly cozy. Its location near Route 30 made it super convenient, yet it still felt peaceful and private. A highlight was waking up to the sound of horses clip-clopping by each morning — such a unique Lancaster experience! If you're looking for a clean, stylish alternative to a hotel, this home is a fantastic choice.

Amazing stay and location!

The entire process from booking through the end of our stay was great. Tara and Andrew were very responsive and helpful. The house was beautiful and spotless. The location was perfect for what we traveled to Lancaster for (Dutch Wonderland, Cherry Crest, Turkey Hill Experience). It was perfect for our 2 families, would highly recommend!

Great Host!

The house was nice, clean, and conveniently located right near a highway! But what stood out for us was how accommodating Tara (Host) was to some of our requests. We would defiantly stay at this house again if we ever come back to Lancaster.

Great short stay

We came into town with my son, his wife and our 20 month grandson. The house was perfect for us. Out grandson loved, loved , loved the playroom and having the crib was a great bonus. We went to Dutch Wonderland for a night which was very close. Would certainly stay again. Communication was excellent and very accommodating to our travel schedule.

Amazing Home

We loved this home!! If you go to Lancaster to do Sights and Sounds and other specialty shops, this home is a perfect spot for location! I and my sister and nieces enjoyed this home so much and it is probably one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in!! Thanks so much!! We loved all the wonderful signs on the walls!

Lovely Stay

We loved the house/property. Close to many attractions, clean and perfect for families with small children. The kids loved playing on the swing set outside and in the large yard, with all the provided toys in the lower level, and reading the provided books. Owner quickly responsive to messages. Thank you!

Our home is located on a corner lot. With a main travel route out front and a quite side street to the side. from the back porch We loved the location of our neighborhood! Super confident to the major travel routes!

Our home is idea for the traveling family!The home is equipped with those kid friendly details that make traveling with kids much easier! From a crib to the playroom that will keep the little ones entertained for hours!
