SOKAROA - AINHICE-MONGELOS
Old restored farmhouse, spacious and bright, at the foot of the Basque mountains, close to Saint Jean Pied de Port and the paths of Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Light and beautiful volumes, modernity and comfort, ideal living space for large families or groups of friends. This air-conditioned cottage is adjoining the owners' home. On the facade side, each has private spaces and separate access paths. At the back, the entire land is for you, open to the meadows and the pretty view of the mountains. Private above-ground swimming pool at the cottage, open from June to September. 2 terraces, one of which faces south, sheltered on the garden side. Garden furniture. Gas barbecue. On the ground floor: 1 large open living room with direct access to the outside through the bay windows. - Equipped kitchen (induction hob, oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher). Adjoining pantry (washing machine). - Living room, lounge (pellet stove, TV, internet connection). - 1 bedroom (1 double bed, 1 private shower). - 1 separate toilet Upstairs: - 3 bedrooms (3 double beds), 1 with shower room/toilet/dressing room. - 1 bathroom/toilet - 1 mezzanine converted into a play and reading area for children. 1 baby bed. Beds made for your arrival, towels provided. Electric heating at an additional cost / reversible air conditioning (meter reading). Parking. Bags of pellets for the stove, billed according to consumption. In the surrounding area to discover: the family farm (dairy sheep and cows) and goat cheese in the near vicinity. Spacious and bright cottage, in the mountains of the Basque Country, on the paths to Compostela. Private above ground swimming pool.
