We loved the terraces on the front and on the back of the house and spent many evenings there. My three boys really loved the hot tub. I really appreciated the well-stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, kitchen utensils, cups, plates, and glasses. We cooked most of our meals but there are a lot of great restaurants nearby. Winn-Dixie is about 5 mins away, and Walmart is very close too. The beds were very comfortable, I truly appreciated 100% cotton 350 count Wamsutta bed linens (cannot stand polyester sheets in most rentals nowadays). My three boys loved their bunk room. It has 3 (!) bunk beds - two full-over-full beds and one twin-over-twin. So, can potentially fit 10 children in one room! Overall, such a great house with a superb location. Three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, means your whole family will have plenty of space and privacy during your stay.
The primary suite is upstairs and features a king-size bed, a large flat-screen Smart TV, and partial water views of nearby pond – perfect for watching breathtaking sunsets each evening. The ensuite bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The second bedroom is also upstairs with a similar setup – a Queen-size bed, a large flat-screen Smart TV, an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The full kitchen has everything you’ll need for making tasty home-cooked meals, including modern appliances and plenty of counter space. There are several grocery stores located in the nearby vicinity, and plenty of great restaurants if you don’t feel like cooking.
The large living room is the perfect place to hang out after a long day in the sun. This contemporary space features a comfy couch, plush chairs, and a large flat-screen Smart TV with streaming channels and YouTube.

OUTSIDE SPACE
On days you don’t want to go to the beach, there are plenty of outside spots to hang out in this home! There’s a back balcony with a charcoal grill and private Jacuzzi, a front balcony with seating for the whole family, and a third private balcony overlooking a nature preserve.
When you are in the mood for the beach, you can pack up the beach wagon with beach towels and chairs – all available to you for free! The sandy beach is just a short walk away down a set of steps. This part of the beach is extremely secluded and quiet – perfect for families who want to avoid the crowds!

There are two parking spaces for vehicles in the driveway. In addition, there is overflow parking nearby, which is just a short walk away.
We provide a complimentary starter pack for guests with freshly laundered linens on the beds, a full set of bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths for each guest, and a beach wagon with extra beach gear in the garage. Each bathroom will have bar soaps and 2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started.

This newly renovated pet-friendly home is at a prime location (one block from the beach, 1.3 miles to Pier Park) and the backyard overlooks a dedicated conservation area that provides stunning views from around the home while being just a short walk to the beach.

If you are booking on a third party platform, you will be sent a link to a contract, for our records, with the same terms and conditions that you would have already agreed to during your reservation process.

Damage and Capacity Restrictions: Our properties are inspected before and after each reservation guests agree to pay for any flagrant damage to the units, excessive cleaning required at check-out, missing or damage to the units’ contents, or any other accidental damage to anything within the rental unit during the rental period. If any damages the Renter authorizes any said damage or missing items charged to their credit card identified above. The listed maximum capacity may not be exceeded during any time for the duration of your stay. If it is exceeded then Guest is in breach of this Agreement; and (iii) Guest forfeits its right to return of any monies collected. No smoking, or parties of any kind are allowed at this property.


Terms include a No Tolerance Policy regarding excessive noise, parties, or disturbing neighbors. Please make sure you are comfortable with our Terms as they are strictly enforced.

RESERVATIONS: All Reservations are subject to Management and Property Owner approval. Online rates are subject to change without notice. Should there be ANY issues with the reservation, you will be notified.

PROPERTY: Guest rents, for vacation purposes only, the furnished real property and improvements described.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE: Check-in time is no earlier than 4:00 PM on arrival date. This time may be delayed should unforeseen circumstances arise. Check-out time is NO LATER than 10:00 AM on the departure date. Early Check-In and Late Check-Out options are not available during Peak Times. If Early Check and/or Late check out are approved, you will get an email confirmation from the reservation team.
PAYMENTS: ALL PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE. Outside 30 days of arrival, Deposit Payment is due to reserve property. Balance Payment is due 30 Days before Arrival and will be charged automatically to same credit card used, unless communicated otherwise.
