The beautiful and elevated position provides an excellent view of the old town of Labin, the tourist town of Rabac and the highest mountain in Istria, Uka. The tasteful furnishings and modern comfort give the whole a natural charm. This is a special place that offers you an extraordinary visual experience. Nature lovers can enjoy numerous hiking and cycling trails as well as the priceless cultural heritage of the Labin region. For hiking enthusiasts, we recommend a 40 km long hiking trail that stretches from the lighthouse in Crna Punta via Labin, Ripenda and picturesque Plomin to Brsce. From here you can take beautiful photos that will remain in your memory of an unforgettable holiday.

Wir haben im August zwei wunderschöne Wochen in Labin-Gondoloci verbracht. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits. Für uns war das genau richtig. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Haus mit Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub braucht. Der Pool hatte eine perfekte Temperatur und wurde von uns ständig genutzt. Zu unserer großen Freude gab es so gut wie keine Stechmücken und wir verbrachten jeden Abend auf der Terrasse. Der sehr große Garten bot viel Platz zum Lesen (im Schatten), Spielen für die Kinder und Auslauf für den Hund. Ess- und Sitzmöglichkeiten - auch überdacht - waren ausreichend vorhanden. Sowohl das Wohnzimmer als auch die drei Schlafzimmer verfügten über eine Klimaanlage.Die Altstadt von Labin ist sehr reizvoll. Pula und Rovinj (unbedingt sehenswert) sind weniger als eine Stunde entfernt. In der Nähe von Rabac haben wir eine schöne Bucht (Plaža Prižinja) entdeckt und sind dort oft baden gegangen.Die Vermieter war sehr herzlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Perfekt für Familienurlaub

Sehr schöner Ort(Labin). Erstklassiges Essen und schöne kleine Meeresbuchten ein Bisschen versteckt aber nur 5-15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Familienurlaub!
