RJ45 sockets in all bedrooms. Total floor area: 135 m² attic parts included. Sheltered terrace on the kitchen side. Garage only for bicycles. Unfenced land bordering a small river. Detached house located 500 m from the ski slopes (shuttle in winter). Very close to the leisure center (tennis, swimming pool, ice rink, children's games). Good comfort.
