Great place. Plenty of room and loads of amenities. Really appreciated the stocked kitchen and the all the beach stuff - towels, chairs, umbrellas…would definitely recommend!

Great family getaway

We really enjoyed our stay. The location is great, close to grocery stores and other shopping and a short walk to the beach. The house was equipped with everything we needed for our stay and the check in and out process were very easy! I would definitely recommend Suraya’s house if you are in the Jacksonville Beach area and looking for a place to stay.

Perfect location for family during the Holiday

Altho we live locally, we rented the Beach Bungalow for visiting family members over Christmas. The location, proximity to the beach and attractions, layout and amenities were exactly as described and perfect for the holiday. The communication, check-in and check-out were effortless. If you are looking for a beach house for a vacation or short get-away, this is the one.

Easy walk to a nice wide beach. Hot tub was nice for the evenings and there was enough room for our group of 8 adults. Communication was great and we were given a 7:30 pm check out on getaway day which was awesome since our flight home was at 10 pm. Highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay. House is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. We loved the spa/pool and outdoor area. Host was very nice and easy to work with. She emailed us during the stay to tell us of a music fest down town. Next time we’re in Jacksonville we’ll definitely stay again.

Property was exactly as described in the listing. Was extremely comfortable for both two-legged and four-legged friends. This is now the only house we target for our trips to Jacksonville Beach. Location great, always clean/well kept, and property manager could not be any more accommodating. All good!

Wonderful week

Our family had a wonderful time! The house was spacious and clean with many amenities including the TVs in every room and plenty of beach chairs and towels. The beds were very comfortable as were the family room sofas. We enjoyed the outdoor area, the grill and the pool. The beach was also very nice and uncrowded. Would have stayed 2 weeks if we could have!

Peaceful vacation

We enjoyed our visit to this Jax Beach house. The property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. The house was very well stocked which made our visit easier. My one suggestion is that you put blackout curtains in the bedrooms. The sun pours into the rooms and makes it hard to sleep in. Thanks!

Slow Mocean is a fantastic holiday property. With its close proximity to shops, restaurants and supermarkets, it is a short 2 blocks away from expansive Jax Beach ocean front. The Bungalow layout is spacious and open. Each bedroom has its own TV and all have ensuite bathrooms. The Living Room is designed with an open concept and is a great place to sit by the beautiful faux fire place to play games or just watch a movie with the family.

What makes this property unique

The gorgeous fenced in backyard is a great place to hang out, with the heated Spa Pool with Hot Tub features as well as continuous current jets to allow lap swimming or just for fun arch jets! The Island Kitchen and outdoor Gazebo and Bar area makes it super fun to have dinners & drinks outdoors.
