Come relax in this cozy bungalow on beautiful Lake Jordan ( Holtville side) and only thirty minutes from Montgomery . Whether you are looking for a great fishing vacation, fun with family, or just want a great place to relax; this is the place for you!
This cabin features two bedrooms with full bed in one and Queen bed in other bedroom, bathroom ( shower only) , washer and dryer, equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Extra sleeping is provided in gathering room with a queen size pull out sofa. Gather in the large gathering area with windows galore with lake views. Off the living room is a quaint sunroom for you to enjoy your morning coffee or just sit on the deck at night enjoying the outdoors. It is fully equipped with all of your daily living needs and is located within one mile of a grocery store.
It has a large yard with almost 300 feet of waterfront! Bring your own personal water sports equipment. Want to bring your boat? There is a public boat ramp within a mile for your convenience!

Hello, I’m Chad Barrett and I had the opportunity to live surrounding Lake Jordan my entire life. I grew up fishing, boating and swimming on beautiful Lake Jordan. I felt like this investment would be a way to share my love for beautiful Lake Jordan with other families so that they too could make memories spending quality family time together
Why they chose this property
This property is in an ideal location . It is on the Holtville side and less than 1 mile of Bonners fish camp where you can put your boat in and less than two miles to a local Grocery store. The bungalow is located on a beautiful area of the main lake
