Scenic Log Cabin on 12 Acres: hot tub, jacuzzi, and fireplace, NEWLY RENOVATED

Come enjoy the quiet of our 4 Bedroom, 3 Bath log cabin in the majestic foothills of North Georgia!

Just south of Chattanooga, TN, this 12 acre property has wonderful access to the Chickamauga creek down below and an undisturbed mountain view off the back porch. Our six person hot tub on the back porch is the perfect place for star-gazing. The gas grill is near the doors to the kitchen. Rocking chairs on the back porch are the ideal place for a morning cup of coffee while enjoying the peaceful sound of bird song and wind chimes.

The stars just seem brighter here - just far enough away from the big city to get a good look. Still, we are only 30-40 minutes away from all the big attractions of Chattanooga: Ruby Falls, the Incline Railroad, Rock City, Chattanooga Choo Choo, Chickamauga Battlefield, and the Aquarium. But if you prefer to stay put, we have walking trails that connect to a local nature park and fishing in the Chickamauga Creek… plus a fire pit for relaxing!

Upstairs- master bedroom with king size bed and full futon, private bathroom with river rock shower and jacuzzi tub, and loft with queen size bed.
Main floor - bedroom with queen size bed and full futon. Bathroom across the hall with shower/tub combo. A well stocked kitchen, a cozy living room with fireplace, and a reading room/game room are also on the main floor. Downstairs-bedroom with king size bed. Second bedroom with full-size bed and twin bunk beds. Bathroom with stand-up shower. Game rooms with pool table, air hockey table, and foosball. If you wish to request an early check-in, please ask in advance. Early check-in must be preapproved and paid for.

We loved that each of the three couples had their own level with their own bathroom/shower; very spacious. I especially loved the fireplace and the hot tub. The game rooms were a nice touch. We all loved the decor of the cabin. The view was GORGEOUS!!! We will definitely look at returning.

We enjoyed our visit to Tom's cabin. We especially appreciate that all of the bedding, including comforters, is cleaned between guests. Also, the kitchen is well stocked with measuring cups/spoons as well as pots, pans, etc. The sinks all had hand soap and the restrooms all had toilet paper. This all came together to make us feel like welcome guests.

Beautiful cabin in a quiet, peaceful location. Had everything we needed. Only complaint would be the upstairs bedroom smelled a little musty and I wonder if its because there are no exhaust fans in any of the bathrooms? They do have dehumidifiers running, but there is probably still too much moisture in the air with the wood walls.

Nice House for Family

The house was in a remote location but only about 30 minutes from Chattanooga. We were able to get to the city easily and also enjoy the country of the house and the walking trails. It worked very well for our group of 10!
