At this beautiful vacation home, several large terraces await you and offer you a panoramic view of the Little Belt. The terraces invite you to feel good, to romantic barbecue evenings and to laze in the deck chairs and enjoy your vacation reading. You can also see the water from the living room. The house is well furnished and equipped with modern furniture and a flat screen TV. In the area around the house you will find fantastic nature, a forest with many paths that invite you to take walks all year round. The beach is extremely child-friendly. You are here near the historically interesting 'Skamlingsbanken'. In this area you have many opportunities for longer, beautiful excursions. Your children will certainly appreciate a trip to Legoland, we can also recommend you to visit the 'Legepark' (play park) in Kolding, you can reach it after about 20 minutes drive in the car.

Genialer Ausblick auf den Belt, aber das Haus ist jetzt schwarz gestrichen (Novasol-Bild veraltet)
Leider stimmen die Koordinaten für das Objekt nicht. Das Navi hat uns immer wieder falsch gelotst. Haben ärgerliche 30 Min verloren. Zudem haben wir ein schwedenrotes Haus gesucht (s. Bild) aber es ist mittlerweile leider (wie viele andere!) schwarz gestrichen. So schade.... :-(
Unser erster Eindruck bei Ankunft:
In einem Raum brannte Licht (den Strom zahlen wir, nehme ich an).
Die Spülmaschine war nicht ausgeräumt, das Geschirr nicht vollständig sauber (Käsereste etc. d.h. Handabwasch).
Auf den Tischen standen 2 Trinkgläser mit bereits gammligem, gelbem Wasser und alten, vertrockneten Blumen.
Im kleineren Bad stand beim Waschbecken ein benutzter Trinkbecher, mit Zahnpastaresten.
Die Qualität der Reinigung, ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Unverständlich, da man selbst letztlich ja auch ein nettes Sümmchen für die Endreiningung zahlt.
Die Novasol-Ordner, mit Infos und Anweisungen zum Objekt, fallen total auseinander, es liegen lose Seiten drin, die Plastikhüllen bröseln heraus, beim Öffnen.
Zum Haus:
Sensationelle Aussicht auf den Belt. Riesige Fensterfront und tolle, große Terrasse. Sehr großer, gepflegter Garten. Im Außenbereich, 2Tische und viele Stühle, 2Liegen, Sonnenschirm, 2x Grill, 2 Wäscheleinen, 2überdachte PKW-Stellplätze. Hier ist alles perfekt.
Innen: Die Küche ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber man hat an Geschirr & Co alles, was man braucht. Der Ofen funktioniert gut. Die Miele-Spülmaschine reinigt semi-gut.
Schöne Ledercouch und ausziehbarer Esstisch mit ausreichend Stühlen. Für kalte Tage ein Schwedenofen. Wir haben ihn nicht benutzt, weil es warm war, allerdings mussten wir daraus einen armen Vogel befreien, der darin gefangen war. Offensichtlich ist der Kamin nicht überdacht.
Die Schlafräume sind sehr funktionell gestaltet und die Betten mit Kissen & Daunendecken (leider teils mit Flecken drauf). ausgestattet. Wir waren froh, unser eigenes Bettzeug dabeizuhaben.
Die Badarmaturen/Duschen funktionieren gut.
In den Schränken sind viel leider zu wenig Kleiderbügel.
Schön ist, dass man dort keinen Lärm hat und wunderbar schlafen und entspannen kann.
Zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Die Natur ist wunderbar und die Urlauber verteilen sich so gut, so dass wir nie das Gefühl hatten, dass es dort viele gäbe. Wer pure Natur sucht und gerne am Strand entlang spaziert (das Wasser ist relativ kalt), ist dort genau richtig.
