Nice and spacious vacation house consisting of two units connected by an external staircase. The cottage is located in the small village Kastelir, a typical place of Istria. The interior is simple but cozy. On the terrace you can play a good game like 'Mensch ärgere dich nicht ' in the shade during the day and enjoy the village atmosphere with a glass of wine in the evening. In the nearby tourist settlement you will find not only beautiful beaches, but also plenty of sports facilities and for the night lovers, there are two discos available. Visit the town of Porec and its beautiful beaches and narrow streets, where many cultural and historical treasures and nice experiences are waiting for you. The small town of Visnjan is located in the interior of Istria and has a total of 615 inhabitants. It is 12 km away from the town of Porec, which can be an ideal combination of relaxation and active vacation. Particularly attractive in the summer is, for example, the Astrofest with exhibitions and lectures on astronomy. Ideal for all music lovers are the "Visnjan" summer evenings.

Wir haben zwei wunderschöne Wochen mit 6 Personen und drei Hunden in diesem tollen Ferienhaus verbracht. Pool und Garten sind einfach spitze, das Haus ist sauber und gemütlich und die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Sehr empfehlenswert!!!

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht.

Wir haben als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt in einer kleinen Gasse mitten im Ort, es ist aber dennoch sehr ruhig gelegen und man hat wirklich Ruhe zum Entspannen. Es ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet und wir hatten alles was wir gebraucht haben. Die obere Etage ist neu renoviert. Die Gartenanlage ist großzügig und Hundesicher eingezäunt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und erkundigen sich stets ob etwas benötigt wird und alles okay ist.Empfehlenswert ist ausserdem das hauseigene Restaurant, es hat ein hervorragendes Ambiente und ist sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Ausserdem schmeckt das Essen hervorragend und einmal in der Woche gibt es dort sogar Livemusik.Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus und die netten Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Vermieter, toller Empfang, tolle Lage. Was leider nicht ganz ausreichend war, die Klimaanlage nur im OG und schafft nicht wirklich angenehme Kühle, und Küchenutensilien zu knapp ausgestattet.Trotz alledem haben wir uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt
