USNA Family Stay w/Pool - Infant/Toddler Friendly!

I’m a vacation concierge more than “just a home OR a host”. Gatherings can be discussed. That said, if the shared “through way” (driveway) is BLOCKED AS A RESULT, I must hound you to move the obstruction so I am not forced to TOW A VEHICLE. ANY OBSTRUCTIONS blocking the shared “through way” (between 4:30AM to 11AM SPECIFICALLY) MUST be towed (at your cost) if repeated polite requests are ignored. I cannot ALLOW my house guests to create any more blockages that affect the small business office next door. This is typical of younger adults, reserving in summer, w “fun friends” who INTEND TO pool PARTY and intentionally CHOOSE not to extend the courtesy of a SIMPLE CONVERSATION. THEN, compound this ERROR by assuming I haven’t seen the same pattern out of every non compliant guest who threw a party, lied, and only tells truth when I’m on the doorstep to see what CAN NO LONGER BE EXPLAINED AWAY. Newsflash, that’s not getting “caught” but it WILL get you EXCUSED….from the house (your reservation). This homes “full spread” IS EXPANSIVE, inside and out. In order for there to be enough ACTIVITY, coming/going, doors left open, SWATHS of (typically, ALL young adult) people across the grounds on foot, to/from cars, etc. Every time a RAGING HOUSE PARTY is descending upon the house, I KNOW (without camera footage 😂) BEFORE a neighbor EVER WOULD. All compliance breaking (90% YOUNG ADULT MALE) reservationsI tattle on themselves the second I’m contacted with a simple, otherwise benign, “what’s the WiFi password”. If I get a call from a distant neighbor, it’s a NON APPROVED HOUSE party. NEVER NOT A PARTY. You know what else rule breakers ALSO COLLECTIVELY NEGLECT to do? Read the HOSTS POLICY (here) or INFORM THEMSELVES of HOW I have agreed to handle it so my home is not AN MASSIVE AND CONSTANT DISRUPTION AKIN TO AN ENTIRE ZOO OF ESCAPED WILD ANIMALS. If you’re reading THIS, I doubt you are the face of the problem. VRBO Guests do not usually cause disruption AT ALL, it’s why I prefer VRBO bookings. If you will move a car in under 10 polite requests you’re FINE. If I said “inviting your civilized guest list, estimated to be X number of people on this day/time, is FINE”, you have nothing to worry about. Guests who are UNWILLING to take NO FOR AN ANSWER, do not ask AT ALL. Guests who don’t ask, have already invited friends, are concealing a house party set in STONE. The home is booked after everyone intending to attend have cleared their day, packed a bag and are on standby for MY ADDRESS. They don’t read the home profile like you. Otherwise, they’d know “what’s the WiFi password” is the dead giveaway. The Raging HOUSE POOL PARTY HOST, gets asked that all night. The non compliant reservation holder gets steadily intoxicated. Then I get asked it ALL night because young adult males ALL make the same mistake. Except, lying to conceal INTENDED PARTY ACTIVITY is a choice. I EXCUSE non compliance, and honest errors, so long as the guest assures me they’ll get IN COMPLIANCE, if I become aware, ONLY IF IT MATTERS. If I greet you at check-in, I’m as “ready to roll” as you are READY to R&R with Friends & Loved Ones. I’m laid back, love being accessible 24/7, to all groups, across all homes to enhance all aspects of your “stay experience”. I do not remotely check in on activity at the home, no drive by compliance checks. I wont drop by unless its for your purposes. I run 5 homes on/off. I prefer spending get back to my 3 babies to R&R with my 3 little loves. When young adults choose to lie on top of another lie AND not COMPLY, the damage is done. I cannot expect truth from the mouth of guest/stranger, who proves to be a liar. Confronting lies, from my own doorstep, is BEING CAUGHT and getting a HOUSE BOUNCE. My presence is value their stay, at the cost of being TRUTHFUL enough to trust

The space:
Mom, this family friendly stay is the one you've been looking for. As a mom of 3-under-3 my home is fully equipped for multiple infants and toddlers. I have a crib, toddler bed, pack n' play with infant sleeper, bassinet(s), outlet plugs, every toy that's ever been manufactured, walkers, noisemakers (with or without the batteries!), high chairs, toddler seats, training potty/seat, infant swing, baby monitor, a jumpy jumpy thing - you name it!

Child Safety: All exit doors are equipped with adult height locks/bolts in addition to standard door lock. Key code access doorknobs on interior main level doors code 0123# (Laundry Room/Door to Pool Yard and Basement Door to Indoor Soft Hot Tub). Additional child safety supplies are available on-site for you ultimate peace of mind.

Parents MUST BE ON WATCH when children are in pool yard. Life vests are not provided and are not a replacement “lifeguard”. I provide hard plastic baby pools but between my 3 children I have seen them fall straight into the pool, jump on top of it when frozen over by the 2022 winter temps (which was thankfully thick) sliding and squealing “weeeeee!” (Heart attack alert!). Children of a certain age do not “get it”, the danger or the fear. This is what happens right in front of my own two eyes!

Grill & Fire Table - Propane Disclaimer
a.) ASSUME BOTH Require Propane Tank Fill. I stock if time/opportunity permit but time/ability varies. I offer reimbursement for a tank refill if responsibly managed and valves are turned off after use.
b.) Do a flame check on the bottle attached to both items. Turn Valve LEFT all the way (you tube clips are great guides) follow the demo before assuming empty bottle. After use or flame check turn nozzle on bottle RIGHT/TIGHT every time or the propane valve will be open and empty the bottle.
c.) If you got to use/flame check and the nozzle has been left open (left/ loose - right/tight) and can be turned right it’s likely empty. Detach bottle and swing by any local tank exchange within a stones throw.
d.) I used to guarantee stock and supply on site but without the burden of responsibility tanks were never turned off (right/tight) immediately after use. I will reimburse the cost of a bottle refill after checkout if you text me a receipt and I return to a valve check that was turned off after use. If the valve is left open and I turn it off right/tight after checkout I won’t reimburse a tank refill.
e.) I am trying to encourage personal responsibility to turn the valves OFF IMMEDIATELY AFTER USE on the tanks attached to the grill and the fire table. Not reimburse an infinity of unnecessarily wasted propane that also inconveniences the next guest that might have enjoyed and responsibly turned off the tank.
f.) My goal is to return to responsibly turned off tanks and gladly reimburse you for a fill. Not decline a valid receipt on a tank someone from the group left open.
