Welcome to this beautiful waterfront home in the quiet Cool Spring Cove of the Magothy River in Arnold, MD. Not only does this home have beautiful views, but it also has a pool and pier. Enjoy your morning beverage on the private deck overlooking the pool and water views. Use the propane grill to host a waterfront BBQ on the pool deck or under the umbrella on the deck. The home has 4 Queen Bedrooms, 3 of which have water views, and 3 full baths. Pool opens mid-May and closes mid-October.



The pool is shared with the lower-level 1 bedroom/1 bath apartment (not included with the main house rental). Inquire about reserving the lower unit and/or adding a privacy fee for the entire space (for less than the nightly rental rate). The space has a living room with a sleeper sofa, full kitchen and washer/dryer and sleeps up to 4 more guests.
