Nice apartment in Insel Poel/Gollwitz

This solid holiday flat is located on the ground floor of the Gollwitz apartment complex in one of the most beautiful places on the Baltic Sea. In dreamy Gollwitz on Poel, which is also known as the southernmost island in Scandinavia and is connected to the mainland by a causeway, the flat is approx. 200 metres from the beach.



Although the flat has an unusual layout, it is still well suited for your holiday stay. The spacious living area, which is partly furnished in the style of a conservatory and features a flat-screen TV and a comfortable corner sofa bed for two, leads into the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob. The kitchen gives you access to one bathroom, which can also be reached from bedroom 2. The second bathroom with shower and separate WC can also be reached via a second external entrance with corridor in addition to bedroom 3. Relax in the sauna in the evening.



All doors and switches in the interior are barrier-free and there is also a barrier-free car park in front of your apartment.



Gollwitz is considered an insider tip on the island due to its hidden location and excellent water quality. And the sandbanks in front of the beach make it particularly child-friendly. Those travelling with their four-legged friends or booking a pet-friendly holiday property in the resort can look forward to a dog beach nearby.



Wonderful walks, exploring the island by bike or day trips to Wismar, Rostock or Schwerin are just a few suggestions for leisure activities. There is a children's playground in the complex as well as a children's playroom with table tennis, table football and a toddler's play corner, and a shared sunbathing lawn is available outside. The communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer can be used for a fee.

Ob der schlechten Bewertung wwrwn wir sehr skeptisch, aber wurden sehr überrascht. Es ist eine wirklich tolle Wohnung mit einem sehr außergewöhnlichen Grundriss. Es war sauber und ordentlich, neue Möbel, in der Küche gab es alles was man benötigt. Für 8 Leute ist die Couch etwas klein, aber dafür gibt es keinen Stern Abzug. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ferienwohnung nicht weiter zu empfehlen

Ferienwohnung sehr verdreckt, Kopfkissen und Bettdecken unzumutbar, Geschirrspüler defekt, tropfende Wasserhähne, Schlafcouch sehr verschlissen, Lage der Wohnung- direkt im Durchgangsbereich. Aber von der Insel Poel sind wir begeistert.
