Holiday Apartment 08-7 in the Papillon holiday complex is a 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

You’ll be staying in a bright, 4-room apartment on the 1st floor, with approximately 70 square metres of living space and a southwest-facing balcony. The holiday rental features a living and dining area, three bedrooms, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. The Papillon holiday complex is located approximately 250 metres from the beach.

Enjoy plenty of sunshine on the furnished balcony, which is accessible from the living room. The cosy living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a dining area for 6 people. A flat-screen TV and a stereo system provide entertainment.

The practical kitchenette includes an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a 4-burner hob. The bedroom on the lower level is furnished with a sleeper sofa (140 x 195 cm) and a wardrobe. Laminate flooring was chosen for the basement.

An internal staircase in the living room leads you to the upper floor. Here you’ll find two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and two single beds (90 x 200 cm), as well as a wardrobe. The windows in the bedrooms are covered with roller shades. The floor on the upper level is covered with laminate flooring.

There is a tiled shower room with a separate toilet and two sinks. Bicycles can be parked in the bike rack next to the house. A maximum of one pet is allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 8, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. You can park additional vehicles in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, situated in a quiet yet central location on the outskirts of Boltenhagen’s town centre, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcomed in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, soaring through the air on the swing, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

Eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments, await you at the Papillon holiday complex. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bicycle parking space or a bicycle storage room.
