Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Place wet or dirty towels in the tub or shower Be sure to refrigerate any food items that you must leave behind. Turn OFF the heat to private pool or hot tub Depart on time: (normally 11:00 AM).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guest must sign a vacation rental agreement and provide their address to complete their reservation. It will be sent via DocuSign to email of record.
