Fully remodeled 2 bed / 2 bath home w/ pool & private entertaining spaces in both front & back yards. Gated front courtyard leads you to the front door, where youll enter through the beautifully appointed kitchen with Bosch appliances, cement slab counters & roman clay cabinets. The great room features wide plank white oak floors, stunning white built-ins and wall of sliders leading to the back yard entertaining area and pool.Oversized primary suite opens to the pool and features a bath with custom waterproof cement walls and large walk-in shower. Second bedroom has its own private patio. Minutes from all the action in downtown Palm Springs!

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 2 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was lovely and quite comfortable. My only recommendation is blackout out curtains - especially after an evening of dinner and cocktails - the sun is bright! Would definitely stay at this property again!!!

The Junipero House provided perfect accommodations for our 3-night stay in Palm Springs. The house was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated. It had a well-stocked kitchen and quality linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Located in the north end of Palm Springs, it was a quick and easy drive into downtown. Check in/out was seamless. The photos online are a good representation of the house.

Cool Contemporary

Booked late and Chino Canyon was about the only property available. Recently remodeled, it's very contemporary and great concept, but, the finish work is a bit rough. Professional remodeler so, I would comment on that. The furniture is lovely and the bed comfortable. The primary bathroom only has a single sink and an open concept to the bedroom. We worked around that issue. Half mile to the tramway which is convenient for when you want to hike and dine at the top. Being north Palm Springs, you do get more wind and that meant you had to be careful with the umbrellas. Other than that, we enjoyed the pool and patio daily. We had everything we needed for a two week stay. Check in was a breeze as usual. We've rented from previously these property managers. Good location, cool house.
