Beautiful detached house located near the owners' house, 1.5km from the town of St Jean-Pied-de-Port. Ground floor : - Large day room with equipped kitchen (microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher) open to living room and lounge area (fireplace) - Veranda with lounge area - 1 bedroom with 1 140 bed - 1 bedroom with 1 130 bed - Bathroom - Cellar - WC Floor : - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and private bathroom - 2 bedrooms with 1 140 bed each - 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds - Bathroom - WC - Games room for children (books, board games, etc.). Beds made on arrival, linen included. Bathroom linen rental. Aerothermal heating included, wood for the fireplace provided. WIFI connection. Terrace with garden furniture, shaded by an awning, barbecue. Private heated swimming pool open from May 15 to October 15 (depending on weather conditions, 8x4, secured by a curtain). Bowling alley. Ping-pong. Deckchairs. Car park. Courtyard, large garden with views of the mountains. No parties or evenings. ARLOTIA: a beautiful detached house with private heated pool and mountain views for family holidays
