This charming 40 m² house in Curzon can accommodate up to 2 travelers. It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with shower) and a 20 m² garden. Bed linen and towels are included. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises

- Kitchenette with electric kettle, oven, toaster, hob, etc.

- Bathroom with shower and large cupboard
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, fan, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 20 m² private courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue to enjoy the sunny days.

Curzon is a small village of character with a bar/café 50 meters from the gîte. Numerous walks and cycle paths are accessible, including the Marais Poitevin nature reserve, with its abundance of wildlife, just 500 meters from the gîte. In season, boats and canoes can be hired on the river. The church has a 1000-year-old underground crypt. Curzon is a 15-minute drive from the beaches of La Tranche sur Mer and an hour from La Rochelle. You'll be close to all the essential shops.

- Nearest airport: La Rochelle 70 km (approx. 1 hour)
