The villa is a newly renovated oceanfront retreat located in the private, gated community of February Point in Exuma, Bahamas — just one mile from George Town. This villa offers the rare combination of privacy, comfort, and unbeatable waterfront access.
The recent renovation is now complete and includes a brand-new kitchen, updated bathrooms, new flooring throughout, interior and exterior doors, fresh paint, upgraded railings and pergolas, and more. New oceanfront windows will be installed in Spring 2026, followed by professional photography, video, and drone footage. As a teenager from Minnesota, I was introduced to the Bahamas from my parents. Our first trips were to Nassau, Treasure Cay and Harbour Island with a mixture of my siblings and their families. Our family fell in love with the Bahamas! My parents continued to explore the Bahamas, as their nest became more empty, both by land and by sea, navigating the waters of Eleuthera, Harbour Island and the Exumas. Many years later, my husband, children and I, were introduced to the Exumas by family friends. We went on to explore Exuma Out Islands and added in Long Island and even circled back to Harbour Island. Our hearts were left in the Exumas, though! Through a course of dreaming and searching for our next adventure in our early stages of empty nesterhood, we came across Sea Star Villa in Great Exuma. All came into fruition only because of the professionalism and pure willingness the previous owners shared with us. We came into our ownership after many T’s were crossed and may I’s were dotted in late June 2021.
What makes this property unique
The villa has all the amenities of a private home AND access to all that the February Point community has to offer: Large infinity pool, smaller infinity pool, private beaches, restaurant, spa, private marina, tennis courts and workout facilities! The community is private and gated. Plenty of room to explore in the 80 acre community. Completely FAMILY & CHILD friendly. ***The Feb. Pt. marina can host your rental boat overnight.**
