This first floor unit has so much to offer! 3 bed/2bath, 2 car garage coach home. Golf included. Home has traditional Florida decor, you will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you walk through the door. The Lanai has a beautiful view of the lake. Once you get settled in, you will want to check out the pool located directly across the street and all that the community has to offer.
Treviso Bay is a very unique property. Located 15 min from downtown Naples, 35 min from the airport and 45 min from Marco Island. The grounds of the property are covered with lush florals and beautiful palm trees. The TPC golf course is a golfers dream! The clubhouse is sophistically decorated. Not only is there a wonderful restaurant, there is also a weekly local fish and farmers market located right outside the clubhouse. The common grounds have a nature walking path, Spa, fitness center with classes, business center, 2 restaurants, resort pool and several complex pools, billiards room and golf clubhouse.
There is a $400 Mandatory Social club fee and $250 optional golf fee. Treviso Bay also requires a criminal background check and a copy of tenants drivers license before check in.
Brand new Golf cart available for an extra $1,000 a month!
