PLEASE BRING LINENS & TOWELS, TOILET PAPER , PAPER TOWELS, NAPKINS,& KITCHEN TRASH BAGS.

Cleaning supplies & laundry soap are provided.

We have 8 beach chairs, umbrella, cart, & toys. We also have yard games (corn hole, outdoor chess, and giant pong cup game)

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Wash bath mats & kitchen towels. Move to dryer.
Turn off outside hose. Please move all cars to the street so the cleaning team can access the driveway
Cover grill. Turn off gas & disconnect propane DO NOT PUT RECYCLING IN BAGS WHEN PLACING IN ORANGE OUTDOOR RECYCLING CANS. The trash hauler will not take recycling if it’s in bags
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be considerate of the year round residents in the neighborhood and observe 11pm as quiet time.
$25 key replacement fee. $30 fee for leaving dirty dishes and trash in house after check out. Clean dishes and return to cabinet and put trash in bin
$30 fee for mailing items left behind & packages (Amazon) delivered after your departure. $50 late check out (unapproved) charged by cleaning team

We purchased our 1st vacation rental in Cape May County a few years ago and love the area. The year round activities in the Wildwoods, Cape May and off shore keep us entertained. It's so convenient to just drive to a vacation spot to spend time with family & friends.

A rare find. This home was built in 1904 and is 1 of 2 original homes on W. Aster Rd. A recent renovation offers modern features with historical charm. The kitchen has commercial grade Thermador appliances and walk in pantry.
