Clean, Modern family friendly beach house

Enjoy this spotless beach home, located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the ferry, grocery stores, beaches, boardwalks, and biking trails! Three bedrooms, two full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower, a furnished sunroom, plus a deck off of the back (with seating) for your outdoor grilling...all within the privacy of the fully fenced in backyard. One car garage to store your beach stuff and bikes along with a washer/dryer for your convenience as well. Fully stocked kitchen with coffee makers, stand mixer, baking pans, and all of the serving ware you could use. Bedding, towels (including beach towels), and all linens included for your convenience. Driveway parking for two cars plus FREE street parking in front of the house if needed.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place for our family of 5! We loved the location.It was perfect for our 3 boys- they loved that there were toys and games to play with.Very comfortable, cozy and clean home with all you need. Thank you!(Only suggestion is to maybe put a TV in the master, but that's very minor!)

This was our first time visiting Cape May, and we chose the best possible place to stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The host was very quick with a response to a question I had as well. Overall, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. Relaxing August Stay

My family and I throughly enjoyed this property in a quiet neighborhood 10 minutes from the heart of Cape May. The owners thoughtfully provided bunk beds, books and toys for kids, linens, towels, beach supplies and kitchen items. It made for a relaxing and easy home base to spend time in between adventures out and about in Cape May and the surrounding areas. We would definitely rent this home again!

Very Accommodating & Clean

Our family traveled from So Cal for my sons Coast Guard bootcamp Graduation. This home was homey, clean and had everything needed in a home. Property Manager was more than accommodating and pleasant. Thank you, Julie our time there was soo wonderful!

Great stay!

This was our second summer in a row staying at Julie’s house. We had a great time again! The house is clean and tidy. We appreciate all of the toys and books for our little ones. The house is just a ten minute drive to the beach/downtown. Also, a good location for getting to the wildwood boardwalk. We hope to visit again!!!

My husband, four kids, and myself are always counting down our time until we get to spend time at this home away from home of ours! Originally from Cape May, we now spend most of our year teaching in Arizona but enjoy coming back to Cape May during a large part of our summer break. We are sure that you will fall in love with the convenience of such a low maintenance home away from home as well!

Why they chose this property

We love how new and updated everything is. From the built in entryway bench with coat hooks and cubbies above to the barn doors in the master bath and closet. There is so much natural sunlight and the back porch is so welcoming for morning coffee or afternoon crafts for the kids. The outdoor shower makes coming back from the beach so much easier to get the sand off outside and keep all of our beach gear in the garage without worrying about the mess.
