ANNIVERSARY TRIP

This property was very clean and spacious. We loved the view from the balcony and the location of the condo. The only problem we had was the fireplace did not work and we had to really work with the balcony door to get it to lock. We contacted the management group the morning after we arrived to let them know and they responded within 5 mins that they would put a work order in but then we never heard from them again the rest of the week. Besides that we would consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

We had to carry luggage up to 3rd floor and Elevator was out 3 days.. Internet was down 3 of the 4 days we were there. We have stayed at Whispering Pines many times but were never this dissapointed.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay! It was close and convenient to everything. Make sure to take advantage of the free tickets you get for staying with them. Few pointers when booking... your condo does not come with condiments or anything so be mindful of this when buying food before going to the condo. We went to the condo first so we were able to see what we needed. Another thing we noticed is we could hear people in the other rental units. It wasnt awful but if noise bothers you, you might consider a differwnt option for staying. We travel frequently and this was a great accommodation for the price range!

1 week stay in May. Check in was a 4pm. We got there at 3:15pm and were told the locks are on a timer so there was no way we could get into our room until exactly 4pm. So just know you will not get in before 4pm. Place was clean and pleasant. Nice view from balcony. Peaceful. Yet close to action. Mattress in both bedrooms were fairly comfortable but will need replaced soon. Living room furniture is nice but old. Needs replaced. Recliner broken. Kitchen stocked minimally with only necessities. Overall nice place just needs some updating.

Everything at Whispering Pines 532 was good except a couple things. 1. Shower heads are horrid. Completely soaks everything. 2. Shower curtains are old, moldy and took narrow for the shower. Add that with the horrible shower heads and you have a soaking wet bathroom floor every time someone showers. 3. Bedding. The sheets are too small for the bed. We literally fought trying to keep a king fitted sheet on the mattress for 3 night. So annoying.

The location was excellent because it was minutes from the strip of Pigeon Forge near everything. Check in was an easy process but obtaining 2 parking passes from one of the workers was like pulling teeth when online it states 2BR would have 2 parking passes. It was 6 of us and we drove 2 different cars due to leaving at different times but over all my experience was great and I’ll come back to stay again!!
