A beautiful studio in Cap d'Agde (34300) in a private residence with a parking space that isn't overlooked.
Fully equipped with all modern comforts (flat-screen TV, washing machine, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, food processor...)—sleeps up to 4–5 people. 25 m².
Private terrace with barbecue, sleeps 4 (1 double loft bed, 1 double fold-out bed in the bedroom, 1 sofa bed in the living room), very nice bathroom.
Apartment in like-new condition. Reversible air conditioning.
Studio ideally located for a wonderful holiday in a lively seaside resort.
Located 400 metres from La Roquille Beach.
Enjoy the sun, the sea, and the splendid beaches.

September: 530€ per week.
