Step into 'Emerald Coast Oasis' and you will quickly recognize the reason for the name! This spacious single level home has everything you need and more! The inviting living room, dining and kitchen areas are all open to the pool with floor to ceiling windows and sliding glass doors to bring the two spaces together.

The chefs kitchen is a showstopper with a huge fridge and freezer, double wall ovens, six burner gas stove, ice maker, microwave and dishwasher. Additionally there are two sinks and two kitchen islands, one island has seating for five. A beverage bar with a wine fridge is off to the side of the kitchen. The farmhouse style dining table can seat up to 10 guests while also being able to see the pool and patio.

Step out to the pool deck where you will find an outdoor kitchen including a gas grill, sink, and mini fridge. The outdoor dining table seats eight and is covered. Enjoy the private outdoor pool and fenced in backyard, to the side of the yard you will find an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off before making  a splash in the pool!

The master bedroom is fit with a king size bed, smart TV and a private en suite. The en suite has two sinks, Jacuzzi tub and a glass enclosed shower with a rain shower head. You can also walk out to the pool and patio from the master suite. Off the dining room are two guest bedrooms, one has a queen size bed and the other has a king size bed with a en suite. The en suite has a single sink and standing shower with retro black and white tiles. Additionally at the front of the house is a queen size guest room for more sleeping arrangements.

Down the hallway is the bonus room with two custom built bunks, both twin over twin. A smart TV, queen sleeper sofa, and two love seats complete this fun kids hangout area! Sliding glass doors allow access to pool deck and back patio. 

Three cars can park off to the side of the house, and two cars can park in the front driveway but the garage is not for guest use. You do not want to miss the opportunity to stay at 'Emerald Coast Oasis', book your next 30A Escape today!

3) This property has 4 bikes for guest use. To utilize the bikes - a waiver must be signed before the code is provided to the guest. Additional bikes can be rented through 30A Escapes.
4) Pools can only be heated between the dates of September 1st - April 30th. 
5) Garage is not accessible for guests.
6) Currently there is ongoing construction behind the property - end date is unknown at this time.

The property was gorgeous and the kitchen had everything we could have possibly needed. The home was huge, with more than enough space to accomadate 12 people comfortably. Super easy walk to the beach right across the street. Lovely backyard pool area. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Kids loved the bunk house. It was straight out of pinterest.

Close to everything and great layout for a family

This was a beautiful property that was close to all of our favorites spots while being out of the crowded beach areas. The beach access was directly in front of the house for easy access. Check in was super easy and I loved being able to check on everything simply by using the 30 A Escapes portal.

Visited for my sister's bachelorette party and it couldn't have been any more perfect! House was spacious and comfy! The best part was the beach just a short walk across the street with stunning views of the Gulf! I do wish there were beach chairs provided for those of us who fly to Florida! But otherwise a perfect stay!

Great House, even better beach!

This house was everything we were expecting it to be from the pictures to the location. Very clean house, one level which is great for families with little kids that like to explore. The beach access is right across the street from the house. Very safe crossing the streets as most drivers will stop and let you pass if they see you trying to cross. Highly recommend.

One level, plenty of space

I really like this house. Private pool, one level is nice. Very close to the beach. It’s closer than where we stayed last year and last year we were on the same side as the beach. Tv in the main living space was annoying. Had to reset the internet every time we turned it on but that was the biggest problem. Would recommend!

Family Vacation

The house was fantastic! Plenty of room for everyone, open kitchen so we could visit while we prepared meals, directly across the street from beach access, and great location. The only downside was the pool. It's cleaned on Saturdays. We arrived on Saturday and it had been raining all day so it couldn't be done. He didn't come again until the following Saturday. Not much you can do about that.

This property was fantastic. Everything was beautiful. Our only complaint was that on two occasions during our stay, someone came to work on the house without our knowledge. On one occasion, we got back to the house and a man was inside working on the freezer. It was fine but it would have been nice to be notified. The other was the pool guy. Again we were not notified and all of the sudden someone was in the backyard. It was truly no problem, but we expected to be notified. The house is amazing, beds are super comfortable and I would highly recommend this stay!!

Great location, but not worth the money

We have stayed up and down Pelican Glide and across the street for 7 years. We love the location and the private beach access. This house is very nice when you first walk in. All the bones are there; spacious, and clean, and a wonderful backyard and pool. This is the most expensive property (by a significant amount) that we have rented, either in Seacrest or in the world. Again, we were satisfied with the space and the location. However, for the price, we expected amenities/services that we often enjoy at other rentals. There were no spices, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, and no hand soap. The pots/pans/cooking utensils have seen better days. I had to repair the only frying pan and the non-stick surface was peeling. There were no spatulas, including one for the grill. From a physical plant standpoint. The outside hood over the grill does not work, light or fan. The freezer drawer doesn't open or close well and thus is full of frost. When we arrived, the refrigerator was set to the lowest temperature and froze our fresh fruits/vegetables overnight. The dryer did not work on arrival (they knew it) and did not get replaced until Tuesday and then only after changing the tone of my texts from passive to active. They need an area in the front to rinse off the sand and floor mats at the doors. The door alarms need repair. I am allowed 1500 characters or I would go on. In short. Did not meet expectations, but it could with intentional updates.

Beautifully designed home in great location

This one-story home is beautifully decorated and within easy bike riding distance to The Hub, Alys, and Rosemary. We loved having the option to heat the pool, as it was a little too cold to swim without it during our stay. Overall, the house was amazing. I would like to suggest that the management company or owner provide a welcome binder or folder with door codes, beach gate codes, Sonos instructions, WiFi details, local information and recommendations, and food delivery options. Also, please have standard spices available in the kitchen - salt and pepper at the very least. Thank you!!
