My home is located in heart of the most desirable neighborhood near Notre Dame. Very walkable to all Notre Dame and downtown South Bend has to offer. I live 30 minutes away and take great pride in providing a 5-star property and personal service during your stay. Most of my guests have been parents of Notre Dame students who have high expectations in their home rental experience. All my renters have stated they will definitely rebook with me if they return to the area.
What makes this property unique
Home completely rebuilt from the studs up, completed in April 2021. I spared no expense to ensure all aspects of the home would appeal to highly discerning guests.
