Summary:

Superb flat with terrace, extremely well located only a few minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the most beautiful sites of the capital. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped, you can enjoy the lovely terrace as well as all the shops, cafes and restaurants at the foot of the building. My flat is ideal for a successful Parisian getaway with family or friends

39m2 flat on the ground floor with terrace:



- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140cm

- 1 living room with a double sofa bed

- 1 fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, washing machine)

- 1 bathroom with shower

- 1 separate toilet



The cleaning fee includes clean sheets and towels for each guest and the cleaning is done by a professional cleaning agent.

The Neighborhood:

The 15th arrondissement is very pleasant and lively. It allows easy access to many Parisian monuments such as the Eiffel Tower which is 8 minutes away on foot, the Invalides, the Place du Trocadero, the Ecole Militaire, and is also not far from train stations (Montparnasse, Saint-Lazare) or several parks (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).

The relaxed atmosphere and security make it a good place to be.

The neighbourhood life is unparalleled with a multitude of typical Parisian cafés, bars, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores, cinemas, parks and green spaces. 
The Rue du Commerce has some of the best shops in the area.
 The Beaugrenelle shopping centre is a must for shopping

Cute apartment

My daughters and I had a lovely stay at the apartment. It was very cozy, but perfect for three adults. They slept on the pullout couch which was very comfortable. The location was perfect for sightseeing. Just around the corner from the Eiffel Tower, and a short walk to the bus stop. Unfortunately, the train station across from the apartment was closed for renovation during our stay but will be awesome for future guests. There is a little market just a few blocks away. Overall, it was very nice.

Wonderful apartment with the charm you would expect from an apartment in Paris. We were surprised at how quiet it was being in a fairly busy atea, but once inside it was silent, it was even quiet frim the outside terrace. Everything in the apartment we needed was there. Traij station very close which made it a great place to serve as our home base in Paris.

Excellent apartment and location

Our family of 4 enjoyed a wonderful stay at this apartment in an excellent location near the Eiffel Tower! We took the metro from the train station and it was a quick walk to the apartment. The apartment is also close to the Eiffel Tower location for the Badobus (hop on/off boat on the Seine). The apartment was just as lovely as in the photos and descriptions! We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The large windows and fans provided helped keep the temperature comfortable. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast before we headed out each day. The patio was perfect for evening card games. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The apartment was dusty and it has like an old smell. The toilet was clean but the shower had parts with mold the floors and furniture were not clean how I would of have cleaned it if I’m Renting it, the curtains are old and they have a lot of dust, I have allergies so it didn’t work for me I had to go to a hotel bc I got sick. It’s an old apartment which I’m fine with that as long as it doesn’t have dust. No air conditioning which in the summer it’s a must and it doesn’t say no air conditioning they just don’t mentioned it. Also they are fixing the floors that takes you outside so that’s a little inconvenient with the bags.
