Location was great. Very close to Metro and many restaurants. Disappointed with broken door in shower. Informed the host, he said it’s been broken for a week. Not fixed. There were no extra sheets for the pull out. Host suggested we use the duvet cover. No curtain on the main window and no bulb in the bathroom above sink. Would not stay at this property again.

La porte de la douche a en effet été cassée par un voyageur, ce qui n’empêchait évidemment pas de se doucher, il suffisait de la manier avec précaution avant son remplacement qui avait été prévu. Le voyageur ne l’a pas compris et accepté, c’est regrettable d’autant que j’ai tout fait pour y remédier le plus rapidement possible. Concernant la demande de couvertures, j’ai clairement indiqué que chaque couchage dispose de couettes, ce qui est évidemment indiqué dans la description du bien. Mary avait semble-t-il décidé de se plaindre de tout, c’est bien dommage et je n’ai heureusement que très rarement des voyageurs si peu agréables et de mauvaise foi manifeste.

A great location close to metro, shops and food. Very clean. Good amount of space. Clothes washing machine was a great thing to have, but no laundry soap or instructions were provided. Keurig machine was tricky to use. Would have liked to have some closet hangers. Bedding could be improved. Entry felt secure using door codes. Quiet location looks out onto interior courtyard. No communication with host was needed. I would stay there again.

What could be improved in a person stay there is better directions from the owner, for example, to make the sofa bed into a bed. One has to start with the top cushions and pull that down. There was no direction to do that. We had to find it on YouTube very unAcceptable. The second is there was no direction on how the TV operated. We were never able to get a station at all obviously we did not know the combination of the different remote controls. There was no direction for that.

Communication avec l’hôte excellente et l’hôte est réactif !Il nous a autorisé à déposer nos bagages avant l’heure. Commerces et transports à proximité ainsi que la Tour Eiffel un serieux atout !Concernant l’appartement, il mériterait un coup de fraîcheur .

the appartmen is small but cosy, still I would not recommend it for 4 persons. It's located close to the metro station "la motte picquet-grenelle" and offers a lot of restaurants and shopping facilites in walking distance.
