Schöne Aussicht über Kanal, geräumiger Balkon, klimatisiert. Es sind zwar alle Utensilien vorhanden, leider ist das Apartment schon in die Jahre gekommen. Geschirr hat für 5 Personen für eine Mahlzeit nicht gereicht (e.g. Müslischalen, Kaffeetassen). Bügeleisen war so alt, dass man eher Angst hat die Kleidung damit zu beschädigen. Bei einem Krümel auf dem Boden waren sofort ganz viele Ameisen da. Somit war die Preis-Leistung nicht angemessen. Die Beschreibung, sowie die einzige Bewertung „10 von 10“ war irreführend und entsprach nicht der Realität.

Un court séjour très agréable !!

Séjour 4 nuits (nous venions pour découvrir le coin et au final notre séjour s'est avéré bien trop court) La procédure d'arrivée et la communication : tout simplement parfait, c'est une logeuse qui s'occupe de la communication et des détails pour l'arrivée. Elle est adorable !! L'emplacement : parfait à notre avis, vue superbe sur les canaux de la marina, près de tout et loin du bruit. Nous allions à pieds à la plage. Le logement : très propre, il n'y a rien à dire. La literie confortable. Tout y est !! Facile à entretenir pour le rendre en parfait état !! Le plus : une terrasse avec véranda super qu'il fasse beau ou non. Je recommande, en tout cas nous, nous reviendrons !!
