Welcome to our family home built in 1876 and recently renovated.
With a total surface area of 140 m2, the rental is composed of a large living room - dining room on the ground floor. We wanted to preserve the authentic and traditional charm of this living space.
Note: the fireplace is decorative. It is not in operation.
The bright kitchen will allow you to prepare truffade or aligot Auvergne with good humour!
Upstairs, 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm, 1 bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm, 1 bedroom with 2 beds 90 cm) allow you to sleep up to 6 people.

You have a large bathroom upstairs, with bath (shower), sink and toilet. On the ground floor, a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, traditional oven, microwave oven, freezer, TV and DVD player, baby cot (wooden), high chair and toilet reducer, Nespresso coffee machine + filter coffee maker, kettle, hairdryer, garden table and chairs, table tennis, board games.

At the back, enjoy a vast meadow of 2000m2 to share in season with a few sheep!

Menet is a small village in the Cantal whose town is so charming that it has been classified as a "small town of character" since 2017.
Far from the cities, enjoy the surrounding calm for a rejuvenating holiday. La Rase du Lac is located 600 m walk from the village.
