We were very happy with the super comfortable king-size bed, smart tvs, bathrooms and living room furniture. However the kitchen did not have the amentities found in other VRBO homes we stayed such as seasonings and nicer pots and pans, measuring spoons, etc The rear yard fencing needs to be replaced, squeaky floors and cleaning supplies provided. Overall, it was more thqn adequate.

Perfect for our stay

We were in town for a weekend tournament for our party of five adults. We had no problems finding the house or with check-in. The house was clean and convenient to our destination. Communication was great, and when we discovered one of our members had left an airpod, the cleaning service found it and management service sent it to us the same week.

Hotel Alternative for Lakepoint Tournament

Nice house with a lot of potential. Neighborhood was okay. Location for Lakepoint tournament was great. Could use better / professional cleaning service (get the walls and floorboards) fenced in yard would have been perfect for our dog except there were several broken boards open to neighboring yards so we couldn’t really let her run. Owner promised to put in work orders so ideally this will be cared for - for the next traveling family with a doggo.

I need to hire the photographer that made this property so spacious.. It is not. Be careful my wife tripped on the very large crack in the side walk and had to be taken to urgent care. The house is hot and AC will not keep up with GA heat.. Host is unresponsive, I will not be booking with this property management company again

Nice house

The house is nicely renovated. However, the fence has gaps and is very flimsy. The neighbor’s dog was able to break one of the slabs and bit my dog in her mouth. The owner’s dog was very understanding, nice family, and did not leave the dog outside for the remainder of our trip. But. It sounded like that was not the first time that had happened. If the fence was more secure, it would have been fine.The neighborhood was ok, very diverse - no sidewalks.

The house was Awesome!!

My Family and I traveled to Cartersville for a sad occasion. Renting this house made our trip much easier. Home away from home 😊The house was absolutely awesome!

Great house! Very clean and perfect for a week of family time and very convenient to Lake Sports Complex for a great week of baseball. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice home convenient to LakePoint

This is a newly remodeled home. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We experienced a few issues with items in the home needing repair. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but we didn’t have any issues. We appreciated being able to park our vehicle in the garage.

So clean and well appointed!

I was very pleased with how new and clean the inside of this property was. It felt like I had walked into a model home. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens were provided and all were fresh and bright white. Everything that we needed was there for us. Communication with the owner was great! Check in and out process was very easy. I would absolutely stay in this home again.
