This includes palmetto bugs, crickets, scorpions, ants, bees, wasps, and snails. The property is treated by a pest control company on a monthly basis to mitigate any issues. Deer, black bears, and raccoons are active in the area; please avoid leaving any trash or perishable items outside as they may approach the deck. Other wildlife in the area includes possums, bobcats, foxes, boars, hogs, squirrels, flying squirrels, otters, lizards, birds, frogs, and snakes
