Très bel appartement, très bien situé et confortable
Très bon séjour passé en famille dans cet appartement.
Très chaleureux et spacieux, très bien équipé et très bien chauffé.
Le sauna a été le bienvenu en rentrant du ski.
A 350 mètres du départ des pistes et du centre ville.
Nous n'avons pas eu de problèmes et nous n'avons pas du faire appel à Mr POGGI qui habite à proximité.
Nous reviendrons à Serre Chevalier / Chantemerle et relouerons cet appartement sans crainte.

A la hauteur de nos attentes
De la place, du volume, des équipements en nombre, tout dans cette location permet un agréable et confortable séjour à un grand groupe....famille, amis, etc...
L'accueil et la disponibilité de M. Poggi sont à la hauteur.
De (toutes) petites améliorations à apporter: un 'feu" de la plaque de cuisson à réparer, l' aération d'un wc....des bricoles qui rendraient cette location parfaite.

le feu de la plaque de cuisson fonctionne , c est une plaque céramique ou il y a 4 feux dont 2 feux peuvent se mettre en double feux , il suffit d appuyer sur une deuxième touche pour avoir le double feux , c est dommage j en avait parlé a une personne de votre groupe a votre arrivée . Une maison chaleureuse à la montagne !
Avec mes enfants et petits-enfants, j'ai passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison idéale pour des vacances en famille !
Espace, propreté, calme.
Nous avons apprécié en particulier le grand séjour chaleureux avec sa belle cheminée.
Chaise haute, lit parapluie, luges, tout est là disposition, on se sent comme chez soi!
Le plus bien apprécié après la journée de ski, le sauna !
Vraiment, une location à recommander!

Excellent séjour
Nous étions 16 soit 4 familles, 8 adultes et 8 enfants de 3 à 12 ans. L'appartement est très confortable et insonorisé et nous étions tous à l'aise. Le proprio est très sympa et accueillant. Les remontées de ski sont au bout de la rue. Très facile d'accès et rue bien sécurisée (pas de danger pour les enfants).
Si on cherche la petite bête, on peut regretter une plaque vitro-céramique très capricieuse et des odeurs nauséabondes dans les canalisations d'une des 4 salles de bain. Deux défauts qui seront peut-être corrigés lors de votre arrivée.
Malgré cela, et ayant une grande expérience de ce genre de locations, nous recommandons fortement cet appartement.
