Enjoy a spectacular view from this newly furnished house with beautiful Lake Sinclair right in your own backyard. You’ll love the quiet, private cove and the easy flat walk to the brand new dock, which also has a lift for your pontoon boat. ** The Lake Sinclair water drawdown is October 25-December 1. Please note there are no boats or swimming during this time.**

Whether you’re looking for active fun or peace and serenity (or both!) this is the perfect place. Relax on the patio overlooking the lake, fire up the grill for hamburgers and hotdogs, fish off your own dock, or go swimming and kayaking on beautiful Lake Sinclair. A shady gazebo invites restful repose, and a fire pit keeps the fun going in the evening.

Feels off the beaten path, yet so conveniently located! Just around the corner from Twin Bridges Landing, where you can pick up essentials and launch your boat, and a 12-minute drive to shopping and restaurants. Only 20 minutes from downtown Milledgeville, 75 minutes from Athens, 90 minutes from Atlanta, and under 2 hours from Augusta.

The house sleeps eight people comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, two additional bedrooms have queen-size beds, and the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed that’s perfect for the kids! A cozy living room is a comfy place to entertain, watch a movie, or play family games after an active day on the lake.

Everything you need for a perfect getaway is provided, including a fully equipped kitchen with two refrigerators, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, utensils, dishes, and cutlery. Ample, plush towels in bathrooms and comfy bedding and high-end linens in each bedroom. Living room has large screen Smart TV with sound bar, and three bedrooms have additional Smart TVs. When outdoors, enjoy an adult kayak, inflatable paddle board, two children’s kayaks and life jackets, fishing poles, propane grill, horseshoes, and cornhole.

Need to put in a few hours of work during your stay? Not a problem! High-speed internet is included, perfect for your remote work and video conferencing needs.

We stayed the weekend to attend our daughters graduation from GCSU. A 25 minute ride to the campus…we’ll worth it! This place had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing weekend celebrating. Having access to the kayaks, paddle boards, fire pit and corn hole was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay at this property...the owners were very nice and easy to get in touch with...it is right at the Twin Bridges Marina which is a definite plus! Kitchen lighting was a little dark and we could have used a couple more towels and washclothes...but the place is very nice, clean and maintained.. beds were comfortable...I would definitely recommend it.

Quiet vacation

A wonderful place to relax and unwind. 15-20 minutes to the closest towns. Kitchen was well stocked. A full and half bath on the second floor. A full bath (with a shower) on the first floor. A great place for a family vacation. We didn't use it, but the boat house that was well stocked, along with a boat lift and docks. If we are in Georgia again, we would stay here.

Nice House on Water

Overall our stay was good. Definitely not handicap assessable or good for anyone who would need a solid level floor for elderly. Unfortunately the air/heat had issues and was freezing and never shut off. I wrote to the owner and received a response once, but it was never fixed. We did enjoy the lake and outdoor space. It was a nice home..

Perfect Getaway

We were all excited about our time away. The house was exactly as the listing stated. Eventhough the weather wasn’t perfect we still caught some good fish. There is one large fish swimming around the lake pulling my rod and reel with him. Snatched it off the dock so quickly that my reaction time couldn’t save it. LOL

Everything about this trip was incredible. The house, the yard, the lake, the owner, awesome!!! This trip was a gift to my mom for her birthday. We wanted to stay an additional night, so I texted Jason, the owner and he was most gracious and pleasant and very accommodating. He made it very easy to extend our stay. The house is beautiful, stocked and a step from the water. The yard is large with a cool fire pit, swing and water toys. Such a great time, we will definitely be back! Thank you, Jason!

Great fun for families, nice touches

We had the best family gathering at this wonderfully appointed, clean and comfortable home! Our grandkids, especially enjoyed swinging and swinging on the circular spider tree swing, and kayaking and paddle boarding with the provided items! We also loved building a fire in the fire pit, sitting around laughing and enjoying happy times together! The furnishings, including beds, and furniture were good quality, and the house was intentionally decorated in such way to encourage relaxation and fun. The host responded quickly and generously to one challenge that we experienced (not their fault) for which we are very grateful. In a heartbeat we would gladly return to this beautiful home!

Forth of July Vacation

The check in was easy. The location of the house was great! A gas station was less than half a mile from the house and there was a boat ramp as well. The kitchen was decent. There was no organization. The kitchen window was covered with spider webs and dirt. The majority of the bath towels were in the dryer, so we had to fold them and put away. The covered boat dock was amazing, especially since it rain every day that we were there. It is in a very nice area. All in all we would stay again.

Fantastic lake getaway

My family and another stayed at Jason’s lake house. It was our third year in a row staying at such a property on Lake Sinclair. This was our favorite. Our families have children ranging from 2-9 years old. Everyone was comfortable, and the place had everything we needed. We rented a boat and used the dock, which was easy. Many enjoyed the kayaks and stand up paddle board. We would certainly consider staying again if it is available. Thank you, Jason!
