CLEANING:
We have always and will continue to use clorox, lysol cleaners, disinfectant sprays, and laundry sanitizer, vinegar, bleach as appropriate for each surface type. Our crews wear protective masks and gloves. We have always taken great care to protect our guests! You should leave it tidy, rinsed dishes go into dishwasher so there's no ants etc. Cabins blankets and towels stay at the cabin. The crew does the rest.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* We provide cleaning service after your departure for a fee so you do not have to clean on your vacation. We follow covid protocols and procedures, per vrbo listing information for California no contact entry.

* Our cabin sleeps up to 16 and provides great lodging for family reunions and retreats.
* Pets are NOT allowed and No Smoking. NoFireworks. No outdoor burning.
We have smoke detectors, CO detectors, fire extinguishers.
* Be aware in the mountains, winter storms can interupt power, cell and internet coverage. Be prepared to shovel when it's snowing. Check weather for road and conditions before traveling. Be prepred by using the House rules, descriptions and instructions in this listing and rental agreement. We want everyone to be safe.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

Leave the cabin tidy inside and out. Clean up any food messes to prevent pests or wildlife incidents. Follow trash instructions provided in arrival and departure instructions prior to arrival.
Leave beds and bedding for the contractor, please no bedding on the floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please bring your trash bags, for kitchen and baths to collect and put in outside cans. Please take your trash to dumpsite by the lake.
Please bring food items, cleansers etc. hand/laundry soaps. No flushing feminine items, wipes, or diapers.we provide dishsoap/dishwasher pods.
Please no markers, glue, paints, glitter, party poppers, no fireworks allowed. No outdoor burning allowed. Do not put wood in bbq!

When I started, the cabins didn't even have TV, it was the forest and fun that drew guests up the mountain to play, swim, fish, hike, bike, horseback ride and visit Columbia State Park, Dodge Ridge Ski Resort, Pinecrest lake, Ice skating, snow play, Tuolumne and Stainislaus River, big Trees and so much more. It has been a pleasure to serve thousands of guests over the years. We do our very best to make each stay a great experience. The crew works exceptionally hard to keep everything going!
