Welcome to the Segraves Chalet. Come stay for the summer and winter activities, family gatherings, girls weekends, guys weekend, team building or just to get away from your hectic day to day life. We are nestled in the heart of Mi Wuk Village, just 2.5 hours from the San Francisco Bay Area.

Get ready to experience a truly one of a kind mountain rental with a huge commercial style kitchen, large dining area, and plenty of entertainment for all ages.

Enjoy the beautiful Mountain life filled with Lakes, Trails, Shopping, Eating and so much more. Visit Dodge Ridge Ski Area or Leland High Snowpark in the winter, or if you re coming up in the summer you can enjoy lakes like Pinecrest, Don Pedro, New Melones or Beardsley to name a few. Twain Harte and Sonora are timeless towns to visit all year long. Everything is just minutes away from our centrally located Chalet. 14 minutes down the highway is Black Oak Casino. Great for all ages with gambling, restaurants and an entire floor dedicated to family fun with bowling, arcades and a fantastic pub!

As a California natives, we purchased this property to enjoy with our family and friends, have a place to bring our children to and get other people to witness the amazing calmness and relaxation that the area demands.

Why they chose this property

We love the mountain lakes in the summer and Dodge Ridge and the snow park for inner tubing in the winter. Nowhere else compares to the beauty, plus the distance from most area's (bay area to name just one) is the closest for a day in the snow.

What makes this property unique

The large 1/3 acre allows for plenty of room outside of the massive home. The large deck off the front of the house is perfect for star gazing on clear summer nights.
