Why they chose this property
We chose this area for its convenient location and beauty.
What makes this property unique
Our property is a local farm that dates back to the 1800's. Vivid displays of nature and wildlife surround the home. While basking in a complete experience of being totally surrounded by forest and farmland, you are still just minutes away from civilization and convenience. The home sits atop a hill that has been recognized as an actual native American encampment by the University of Arkansas. This is your opportunity to look out over the area, from a primitive vantage point. Not many other properties can offer this opportunity.
